Marketing: Tactics for improve the Sales

All campaign need a planning. If not, you can a bad surprise with your final results. The all tactics for sales of create a better campaign need a detailed step-by-step. So, for create a mapping, you need make a Marketing’s plan. Too essential like a first step. You should do. After, you will can apply this 5 tactics for improve sales.

  1. CREATE AN INFORMAL PLACE FOR YOUR CLIENTS

Read this quote – ‘Nobody buy something’. But – ‘Everybody want a solved problem’. Problems are obstacles, if you understand about problems and obstacles, then you will go create a way without this ‘elements’. Try don’t sell, remember, nobody buy it. Create a ‘second’ confortable place.

How can you create a ‘confortable route for sales’?

a. Don’t follow the clients over store;

b. Ask one time if he\she want help. Don’t insist;

c. Leave client free walk;

d. If he\she come to you, don’t cut it and interrupt the conversation.

2. STOP SELL, TALK WITH YOUR CLIENTS

    If you think the client buy from you, you made a first mistake. Like a former topic – ‘Nobody buy something’. Let’s this case:

    If you will go buy a car, you would need know:

    a. If the car have power for trip;

    b. If the car don’t heavy consume fuel;

    c. If the car is easy repair and how much costs;

    d. How much it can hold of weight.

    You quit home to store with a ‘complete’ know-how that you searched before. In this case, the salesman don’t need sell from zero, but he can guide you to buy the better choice.

    3. SHOW SOLUTION, STOP SAY ABOUT PRICES

      When client ask about a product or service, you don’t say – ‘How much it is’, you say – ‘Do you prefer a specific model?’. The price come after. After your show all details of product. Don’t forget, when we talk about ‘PROBLEMS and OBSTACLES’. Price is a problem. When your client understand how much there product will solved your problem, the concept changed, it’s not more price, it’s a investment.

      Even expensive, he’s planning how pay it, it’s not a problem for he. Remember, first you show all benefits of product, after say how much it is.

      4. DON’T BE A BORING SALESMAN

        In fact, don’t be a salesman. Currently nobody want be salesman and other side, of client, don’t like a salesman. Change your mind about this. You are a ‘kiosk’s information’. Replace your concept about be salesman. If you can get it, you will sales more. Let’s see a skills for got it:

        a. Replace a ‘image’ that you have a salesman to a ‘kiosk’s information;

        b. Listen your client (and understand);

        c. Show all options that you have (don’t invent);

        d. Guide client to buy (don’t push);

        e. Offer (c) all options that can create interests for your client.

        1. MAKE A FRIENDSHIP LIKE A ‘COMMERCIAL’ RELATIONSHIP

        In world’s business, you know that have a lot difference between ‘social life’ and ‘commercial life’. But you can create a ‘artficial social life’ almost equal a ‘friendship’. You could have a relationship like a friend (you do), but you need remember (Friends Friends, business aside). Don’t create a obstacle in here.

        When i mentioned about ‘Commercial Relationship’, i want say that you should remove the barrier between you and your client. But don’t misunderstanding about what means commercial relationship here. It’s not means a same thing of social relationship (like social life) out work.

        Look at new concept:
        Commercial Relantionship means that you and your client will create a connection during this temporarily time (commercial transaction), where you will go listen, talk about, show and present all possible options. Without a role salesman, but like a friend.

        When this ‘commercial transaction’ over, the connection is over also.

        Conclusion:

        All time we study new tactics, actions, strategies and behavior’s profiles and how we will use it in daily. Before, you don’t need analysis alot datas (like currently), you had few information about your audience (was enough) and you got good final results.

        But nowdays, no. It’s not always enough, and it’s a very stressed in sometimes. I always recommend my students and clients, that you make plan each step like small actions (for Social Media), get the final results (record), not only for social media, but small action provide a minimium details (it’s not very complex), and then you can collect easily all these datas.

        When you need a make big decision, for create a complex solution, or create a enormous campaign, you had a rich database marketing. And even if rules changed, you will ready to any situation…or almost any situation. Till next time.
